Ms. Keri Poole
Ms. Keri Poole is a Human Resources Specialist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Keri has been actively involved with the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA-HR since 2016; as a chapter member, a Program Committee member, President-Elect, and President. She, along with the dedicated support of the Chapter’s Committee, develops and implements Chapter activities. Activities include professional development, senior leader engagements, mentoring, volunteer, and social engagements.
Keri is an avid reader and writer. She has her BS in Organizational Leadership and her MBA in Human Resources Management.
Ms. Melissa Sheets
Ms. Melissa Sheets is currently a Classification and Recruitment & Placement Human Resource Specialist for Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Melissa entered the civil service as a student intern in 2013 with the National Archives Records Center before moving to the Air Force Personnel Center working in both the Staffing and Classification office. She has been actively involved with the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA for several years as a chapter member, Marketing Chair, supporting the Central Region 2019 Conference as a logistics chair, and as President-Elect.
Melissa has a BA in International Studies and Political Science, and a Master’s in Public Administration. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog..
Ms. Caitlin Lange
Caitlin Lange is currently a Management Analyst in Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. She entered civil service as a student intern in 2013 and has worked for the Department of Army and the Air Force Personnel Center. She has a Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Wright State University and a Masters of Administration in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. She has completed the Department of Defense Developing Civilian Emerging Leader Program and the Developing Team Leader Course through Air University.
Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and her two dogs, running with the 5 Rivers Running Team, cooking, traveling, and watching movies or TV shows.
Ms. Maria Sullivan
Ms. Maria Sullivan is currently a Management Analyst in the Financial Management Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She has been an active member of the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA-HR since 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from Centre College and a Master of Public Administration from Wright State University. In her spare time, Maria enjoys reading, baking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Erin Moran
Ms. Erin Moran is currently a Human Resources Specialist for the Air Force Materiel Command located at Wright Patterson AFB. Erin entered the civil service as a student intern in 2013 with the Air Force Personnel Center working in the Staffing office. She has been actively involved with the Greater Dayton Chapter of IPMA since 2013 as a chapter member and most recently on the membership committee.
Erin has a BS in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their four children.
Ms. Melanie Huddleston
Ms. Melanie Huddleston is a Human Resources Specialist working in Recruitment and Placement with Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She graduated with a BS in Computer Graphic Design from Bellevue University in 2006 and is excited to use her design experience as the Marketing Chair for the IPMA Greater Dayton Chapter. She spends her free time baking, traveling and enjoying time with her husband and two sons.
